with Driven Fitness is to inspire a new passion in all those who want to start living healthy and building towards their fitness goals.

 

We at Driven Fitness believe that all fitness goals can be met with a little exercise and a lot of dedication. We do this by pushing the limits together and raising the bar of overall fitness in your life.

Not having an active workout schedule in the past & being inconsistent, Sherlock has been a great Personal Trainer in supporting my training objectives. He makes every session challenging (& somehow fun)and ensures my techniques are always correct to avoid any injuries.. He is extremely reliable and punctual..always set up and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned for you!  It's been 3 months working with Sherlock ,which has bought a great change in my lifestyle habits and perspective....With every session, I have been able to see continual improvements in my flexibility and core exercises, which makes me feel more happier and confident 😎Its a long process but definitely, worth it!  All thanks to him for being such a great listener and motivator.... I was looking for a fitness expert for strength training to improve my core and leg muscles to be able to run marathons again. So who better than Sherlock as he was already coaching my son on his fitness journey and I could see the great results on him. Sherlock showed me how workouts are possible at home using simple, easily available equipments. If you have some fitness targets then rest assured Sherlock will help you to achieve it 👍🏼👍🏼 -Vivian

I never liked working out. I was always too tired and too lazy by the end of the day to get to the gym let alone actually work out. And eating healthily did not come naturally to me. I used to see Sherlock working out regularly without fail with the other boys and was like I need a trainer like that in my life who will keep me on track. The best decision I made during the lockdown was to reach out to him. Sherlock helped me ease my way in to working out and eating a balanced diet. He went at the pace that I was comfortable and before I even knew it I was looking and feeling so much better. He pushed me slowly to do more and more and to push myself to new limits. It was so much more enjoyable than I had ever imagined. To all the people who feel too lazy or tired or too crappy about themselves — I say get off the couch and do it! Its hard at first but Sherlock eases you into it and it is all worth it in the long run, I promise!

So now let me begin by saying that workout has played a very vital role in my life, I would give this credit to Sherlock. I remember training with him years back to be more specific 2018. From then life has just changed for me the Knowledge, the training sessions, crazy workout sessions. 
I remember there was once he told me "Yo let's try a new variation of push-ups" I could barely do one. He pushed me every day and even when I couldn't make it he made sure to remind me to get my push-ups in. Just because of this motivation today I stand tall and see myself like superman.
His words of knowledge make you wanna thrive for more, always keeps you driven as a trainer, and motivated with words to make you take the right decision.
I would conclude by saying "U need that body along with the knowledge he's the man"
